The government transferred both Rupa and Sindhuri

The government woke up after the street fight between IPS officer D. Rupa and IAS officer Rohini Sindhuri. The state government has issued an order suspending the two officers as well.

Today, Rohini Sindhuri, who was the Commissioner of the Religious Endowment Department, and D., who was the Managing Director of the Handicrafts Corporation. Roopa Moudgil has been transferred without assigning any post.

Mounish Moudgil, Commissioner of Survey and Land Records Department, has been transferred as Principal Secretary to Department of Personnel and Administrative Reforms.

Basavarajendra H. to the position of Commissioner of Religious Endowment Department, which was handled by Rohini Sinduri. (IAS) has been transferred. Bharti D (IAS) has been appointed as the MD of Handicrafts Development Corporation, which was handled by D. Rupa.

The rivalry between Roopa Maudgil and Rohini Sindhuri has been heated for the past two days. Under pressure and embarrassment, the government summoned both of them and asked them to clarify and warned them not to make public statements, not to post on social media, and to abide by the rules of All India Services. It has also directed both of them to refrain from making allegations and counter-allegations in public.
